JKLM Direct F.A.Q.

1. How do we ship your order?

Europe Airmail Up to 1 week
Rest of the World Surface mail 4-6 weeks to North America, longer to other destinations

Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day of the order being placed, but this may be delayed if your order is out of stock or due to other operational issues. We will notify you if we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days of receiving your order. Once the order is despatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping used.

Single games are usually shipped using padded envelopes. Orders for multiple games are usually shipped in a carton, using packing if necessary to fill the carton. If your game is damaged in shipping, then please contact us and we will replace the damaged parts.

2. Can I pay using my local currency?

We currently accept £ Sterling, Euros or US $. Just select the appropriate "Add to Cart" button for the currency you wish to pay in.

3. What are the Company Details of JKLM Direct?

JKLM Direct (Company No. 06086743) is a subsidiary of JKLM Holdings (Company No. 05867617). The registered address is 90 High Street, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4EU. JKLM Direct operates from 22 Springwood Drive, Braintree, Essex, CM7 2YN

4. Do prices include VAT and P&P? How is payment made?

All prices include VAT. Delivery prices are as indicated.

All orders placed via the Website are to be paid via PayPal. Payment to PayPal can either be made from another PayPal account, or using a Credit or Debit card. All financial processing is handled by PayPal - JKLM Direct is never provided with your account details.

5. Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. To cancel your order before it is shipped, please e-mail markus (at) JKLMDirect.co.uk.

If you cancel your order after it is shipped, then you will receive a refund of the cost of the item, but not the delivery charges, and you must pay the cost of shipping the item back to JKLM Direct. To cancel your order, please e-mail markus (at) JKLMDirect.co.uk. You can not cancel your order more than 28 days after the item was despatched, and you can not cancel the order if you have broken the seal on the item.

If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, or because it is not the correct item, then JKLM Direct will arrange and pay the cost of shipping the item back to JKLM Direct, and will provide a full refund or a replacement item for no additional charge.

6. What happens if the item is out of stock

Unfortunately sometimes we receive multiple orders in quick succession, causing an out-of-stock item to be ordered before we have a chance to mark it as out of stock.

If this occurs, then we will refund your payment in full. Because we use the PayPal refund mechanism to do this, you will receive a refund of the full amount you paid, including all transaction fees and currency exchange fees. However, if you paid by credit card rather than from a PayPal account, and especially if your credit card is not in the currency in which you paid, then your credit card may also charge you fees. Unfortunately we are unable to refund these, as they are outside of our control.
